Personal training sessions is for  everybodyfrom the individual who is wants fitness and pure self defence for the first time to a pro athlete looking to improve his performance. Everyone can benefit from personal training!

 40 Days Black belt -If you are a complete beginner and would like to pace your learning this suits you the best Note Don't get carried away by the fancy names of the courses . Set your self realistic targets and proceed. There is simple no point in trying to turtle through a 30 days camp (RMP) when you are not actually prepared for it. You will only doing your self more harm than good. If you have confusion choosing a camp we suggest you to attend a couple of sessions with us and then gauge the level of practice you need.

MENTAL TRAINING - Overcome mental obstacles and improve your self esteem & self confidence!

                                                 Small Group Training

 Share a personal trainer for a lower cost!
Is personal training out of your price range? No problem, just share a trainer with your friends or co-workers and the cost is significantly lower! CFC's small group trainers will work with each individual to meet his/her goals even as a member of a group, large or small!
We offer:
The flexibility to have your Small Group Training when and where you want it
Your personal trainer at an affordable rate
Routines designed to reduce body fat, increase stamina and tone/build muscle
Modifications for each exercise allowing different fitness levels to work together
We will bring all the necessary equipment if needed
Rates for different sized groups (3-5, 6-9 or 10-14)
Training sessions are typically held in the most convenient spaces available:
Living rooms, basements, back yards
Local parks
Conference rooms or other open space at work
Nearest parking lot .
