It is very common to speak about sexual violence and state that we are

I am a Software Sales
professional with a very stressful schedule that involves a
lot of travelling and working late. I have been looking for
something other than a Gym to keep myself fit, de-stress and
more importantly something that is interesting. I have
watched a lot of Kick Boxing on TV, and for the past year I have
been wanting to learn this sport. Unfortunately there arent
many coaching classes since this is not so popular. Finally,
I found Coach Keshav's class. I was a bit reluctant to join
in the beginning, since I wasnt sure of what I was getting
into. But now, after a few classes, I think this is an
amazing sport. Our coach is awesome, he knows a lot about
Muay Thai Boxing and we all sweat it out twice a week. He is
very professional in his approach and tries to co-relate
every technique with street fight. These 2 days of Muay Thai
Boxing are my most favorite days of the week and I really
look forward to some intense training during these
sessions.Highly recommend this to all those who want to
defend themselves, channelize their energies and de-stress
in the most interesting way.
