I am a Software Sales professional with a very stressful schedule that involves a lot of travelling and working late. I have been looking for something other than a Gym to keep myself fit, de-stress and more importantly something that is interesting. I have watched a lot of Kick Boxing on TV, and for the past year Ihave been wanting to learn this sport. Unfortunately there arent many coaching classes since this is not so popular. Finally, I found Coach Keshav's class. I was a bit reluctant to join in the beginning, since I wasnt sure of what I was getting into. But now, after a few classes, I think this is an amazing sport. Our coach is awesome, he knows a lot about Muay Thai Boxing and we all sweat it out twice a week. He is very professional in his approach and tries to co-relate every technique with street fight. These 2 days of Muay Thai Boxing are my most favorite days of the week and I really look forward to some intense training during these sessions.Highly recommend this to all those who want to defend themselves, channelize their energies and de-stress in the most interesting way.
